Pre Ordered items will be dispatched by the estimated dispatch date shown within the product's information and on your order confirmation email.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your 'junk' folder prior to emailing us at ecom@elliatt.com.
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes, redirect orders or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at ecom@elliatt.com immediately. If your order has already been shipped, ELLIATT accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.
Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel clicking on the link provided in the email.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended and provide a business address where possible, or such other address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm.
Please note, we ship from two warehouse locations & your shipping will be charged accordingly by location.Â

TAX AND DUTIESÂ
Prior to 16.4.24 the receiver will be liable for any taxes or duties at time of import into the country.
As of 16.4.24, any duties or taxes will be charged at time of purchase to ensure a speedy delivery to you & reduce any hold ups or unexpected charges.
Any shipments rejected by the receiver will incur return shipping charges which will be deducted from the credit or return amount.Â
