Orders will be delivered within 7 working days after you place your order using DHL Parcel Post or Australia Post, at a flat rate of $10.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes, redirect orders or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at email@example.com immediately. If your order has already been shipped, Elliatt Collective accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.
Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel clicking on the link provided in the email.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended and provide a business address where possible, or such other address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm.
Please note we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
