  • All orders under $500 will be sent express, $15 within Australia via Auspost & $30 for rest of the world via DHL
  • Same day pick up is available Monday - Friday from our Sydney Warehouse 

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your 'junk' folder prior to emailing us at info@elliatt.com.

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes, redirect orders or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at info@elliatt.com immediately. If your order has already been shipped, ELLIATT accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel clicking on the link provided in the email.

All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended and provide a business address where possible, or such other address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm.

Please note, we ship from two warehouse locations & your shipping will be charged accordingly by location.

TAX AND DUTIES 

For customers outside of Australia, your order may be subject to international duties and taxes when the parcel arrives at the destination country. These taxes and duties are required to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please note that the shipping carrier may not release the parcel without prior payment for these fees.

Elliatt is not held responsible for any actions, costs, or delays caused due to these customs processes over which we have no control. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about possible duties and taxes.

Any shipments rejected by the receiver will incur return shipping charges which will be deducted from the credit or return amount. 

If your order has already been processed & shipped Elliatt accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered by receiver.
