Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, please allow extra time for your orders to be picked, dispatched and delivered. Your orders remain as one of our top priorities, however, our staff are currently working intermittently in our warehouse in line with government safety regulations. We will do our best to ensure you receive them as soon as possible and thank you for your patience understanding.
Orders will be dispatched within 24 business hours (Monday-Friday) after you place your order using Australia Post at a flat rate of $10 for Standard Shipping or $15 for Express Shipping. All orders $150+ will receive free Standard Shipping.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your 'junk' folder prior to emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes, redirect orders or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at email@example.com immediately. If your order has already been shipped, ELLIATT accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.
Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel clicking on the link provided in the email.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended and provide a business address where possible, or such other address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm.
